Climate Change and Environmental Justice Education

Health professionals are on the frontline of climate change, caring for patients who are impacted by climate-related extreme heat, worsened air quality, hurricanes and flooding. We work with health professionals to help them understand how climate change interacts with social determinant of health to deepen health inequities. We engage health professionals in advocating for systemic change within their health systems, and reimagining a sustainable, low-waste healthcare that supports healthy communities.

The education team aims to increase health professional and public literacy about the intersection between climate, health, and equity.
